There’s debate over whether this place is abandoned or not, but when Abandoned Berlin dropped by for a peak in 2020, there was nobody home and the place was deserted but for a lonely security guard. Now, maybe the place has turned into a hive of activity since then, but it seems unlikely as Charité wanted to get rid of it.
