An old Nazi and Stasi haunt
A lakeside castle in an idyllic setting north of Berlin is still recovering from the absolute assholes who used to make use of it. It started when SS chief Heinrich Himmler took over Schloss Dammsmühle to use it as a fancy guesthouse and ended with the Stasi. You can read all about it by clicking the button below.
